I cannot recommend Padma Hotel highly enough — especially for anyone with coeliac disease. The entire team at Padma made me feel completely at ease and incredibly well looked after.
A huge shoutout to Executive Sous Chef Juan, Chef Sutar, and Sous Chef Wahyu — they went above and beyond to prepare delicious, completely gluten-free meals with a deep understanding of cross-contamination risks. I felt 100% safe the entire time.
