Loved the atmosphere, the staff speaks a perfect English and the gluten free cheesecake was really good! And not that expensive compared to other shops.

They were selling the strawberry Basque cheesecake, which is a spring limited menu, so I came to the store for that! My friend who likes matcha ordered the Uji matcha Basque cheesecake and shared it between the two of us 🙌 The strawberry Basque cheesecake had a refreshing strawberry flavor! It had just the right amount of sweetness and milkiness, and it was kind of like strawberry milk✨ The matcha had an exquisite bitterness, which went perfectly with the sweet drink I ordered this time! The heavy and moist dough, gluten-free and so delicious✨ It's amazing that they can make such an ideal and beautifully shaped Basque cheesecake. I paired it with a chocolate nut latte. The smooth chocolate and fragrant nuts are stuck to the edge of the glass! This is delicious! At first, I was quite confused about how to drink it, but if I drank it directly, the area around my mouth was covered in chocolate, so I think the correct way to drink it is to melt it with the teaspoon that comes with it lol It seems that they are currently offering lemon Basque cheesecakes for a limited time in the summer.
