I was in there for lunch today. I ordered my pizza and sat down at my table. Being recently gluten free, I realized that I forgot to order my mini Mia, gluten free. I ran to the front, willing to pay for the up charge, and the most genuine employee, with a black shirt, gray hair and glasses, was able to save the day. He was able to change my order in time before they made my pizza at no cost. I could have cried because you don’t hardly see exceptional customer service at that level. Kudos to you! I’ll be back more often to eat the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve ever had!
