We were having a pizza night at home and needed a gluten-free pizza skin. We stopped at Spin! and picked one up. We walked in, and they took care of us on the spot. When I saw the skin, I was a little nervous. The crust/ skin didn't lay flat and had a big crack in it. I dressed the pizza and launched it into my Ooni. The heat flattened the odd shape and I knew where the crack was and cut along it. Slid it back into the box, and my GF buddy was very happy with the results.
