Firstly, this place smells amazing - wood and smoker. Secondly, I have Celiac disease (autoimmune reaction to gluten) but was able to order from a good portion of the menu - the meats are fine and my server was 100% knowledgeable about what was off limits, right down to sauces and sides. There were plenty of gluten free options, including a GF bun for burgers or sandwiches, and the brisket I had was *amazing*. Exceptions include fries (shared fryer) and corn bread (wheat). They even have Glutenberg Blonde available (imo, the best of gluten free brews). I can't wait to go back and try more.

Great bbq! Especially recommend the pulled pork and warm Memphis bbq sauce. Knowledgeable about gluten free food but put corn bread with gluten on my place so always check
