They were all very nice and accommodating! Although the food can be modified to be gluten free (normal bread substituted buy non-gluten bread, etc), I am not sure about cross-contamination or how careful about it they are.
Apart from that, the food and service were top notch!

Excellent brunch in Ghent. Lovely chatty staff. Food was great including catering to gluten free requests. Coffee was great.
