I called all around Raleigh trying to find a bakery that did Lobster Tails as a surprise for my wife who is from NJ. This was the only place I could find that did.
The friendly baker/owner put 2 different types of filling in them for me when mentioned she was looking for a particular type of filling that I could not give him the name of.
I was also surprised to find that they had some gluten free items, so I got an individual cheese cake for my teenage daughter who has Celiacs.
Both the Lobster Tails and the gluten free cheese cake were wonderful and we will be going back again.
