SUNRICE

I don't go to Portland Oregon that often but then again maybe I should. I definitely recommend SUNRICE Restaurant. I got there early and they had just finished making a big catering order. There were stacks of takeout lined along the shelf ready to deliver. I finally placed my order as I met tj the owner made his suggestions. As I am Celiac and lactose intolerant. I went back and forth between the fish & chicken. I went with the marinade chicken and I can truly say it was the best I have ever had. Soft tender garlic, orange flavor explodes with every bite. I love the fact that I had never been to this restaurant and found this gem! I'm sure the other food choices in the menu are also delicious. I will just have to come back and try them all out. One of the best gluten-free meals I’ve ever had. I had their pork belly rice bowl and it’s literally so amazing. Also, a fly unfortunately flew into my meal and got stuck, so they remade it for me with no hesitation. Great people, great atmosphere!
