I've been celiac for the past five years and had to give up sushi out of concerns of cross-contamination and knowing it's fully understood and taken seriously. This place gets it!!! I wish I discovered it sooner! I used to eat here before I knew I was celiac. When I ordered and let the lady know I was celiac, she was the absolute nicest and so accommodating and so helpful. I LOVE this place!
