There rice is not gluten free with some added seasoning they use so be ready for rice less rolls. Which are fine but not blown away

Devin is awesome! Very attentive to my gluten allergy and worked with the incredibly skilled sushi chefs to make me the most delicious combo! We enjoyed listening to “Chris Clark” and his trio also! Best Miso soup ever
