Sa Satzada is a fantastic place with a wide range of gluten-free options. I tried the octopus salad and the mixed fried seafood, while my wife and daughter enjoyed the delicious gluten-free pizzas. I highly recommend Sa Satzada as one of the top gluten-free restaurants in Cagliari.

Thin-crust pizza with a wide selection, including gluten-free options. One of the few places where I enjoy eating because I can finish the whole pizza and digest it very well. The staff is helpful and extremely kind.
