Sabor do Brasil

We went to Sabor Do Brasil last night when we were looking for restaurants in Weston-super-Mare. The meal has two parts - you visit the salad island for hot and cold buffet food and as you are eating, they bring cooked meats on a skewer and they carve them onto your plate. The meats were such high-quality and absolutely delicious. You can have the meat exactly how you like it - well done, medium, rare etc. It was such a wonderful experience having the chef bring the food to us and carving it at the table, it added a real personal touch and theatre to the meal.It made the experience so special and memorable.The drinks are delicious as well.Salad Island was also amazing and had loads of choice,was so fresh and tasty.Staff are friendly and atmosphere was really nice. They catered well for gluten free as well. this is also the only authentic Brazilian restaurant in Weston-super-Mare. I highly recommend!

This is just the most amazing restaurant I have ever tried in the U.K,came across it when walking along as we were looking for places to eat that were gluten free in Weston Super Mare.The meat was top quality,delicious,cooked to perfection and to die for,I loved the 2 different types of steak,2 different types of lamb and 2 different types of pork.I love the salad too,the food was so fresh and there were hot and cold options,all so fresh.also stated what it contained too.7 out of 10 meats come gluten free which is amazing.The vast majority of salad island is gluten free.The mocktail and lemonade is really nice too.The experience is amazing and no other like you have ever experienced before,you get greeted,order drinks and food,help yourself so salad island,then we opted for a 7 meat(usually 10)course so each meat came out separately.The chef came and carved it at your table,you had tongs to get the meat.The staff could not have been lovelier,they have such a great gluten free selection and were so clear about everything.The atmosphere was lovely,beautiful decor and nice music playing the in the background.The toilets were clean so was the restaurant.It is right by a cineworld cinema and a bowling alley.Would highly recommend this restaurant,the food is exceptional,the service and decor is amazing.
