Sabrina's Cafe

We wanted dinner before we boarded the plane at the Philadelphia Airport and selected the restaurant that looked like the most likely to not be terrible. And, that's all we were expecting, but Sabrina's was a wonderful experience. The host, Traci and our server, Cherry, were both stellar, far better than any airport restaurant employee we've ever interacted with. Traci even reached for my chair as if to pull it out for me as you would expect in a fine dining experience. I had the island Shrimp salad and my husband had some giant sandwich with pulled pork in it. Both meals, though very different (and mine prepared gluten free), were delicious. I also had the blueberry lavender lemonade, a surprisingly refreshing and tasty drink. there was lots of shrimp in my salad, all grilled to perfection. Mango salsa, pickled onions and feta cheese were all presented off to the side in case you didn't want it (or all of it), but the combination was tangy and yummy. My husband was also surprised by how moist the pork was. All around a great experience!
