Sabu

Wow! The flavor of this soup was insane. The coolest part is that you can pick ANY entree, and they'll swap the entire thing out to be gluten-free. Some dishes will change more than others with the swap, but they all sound amazing. I forget what I ordered, but the egg, the noodles, flavor, everything was absolute fire. Chloe served me, and she was very helpful and kind. Sabu is located inside the Joinery in Lakeland- an excellent place to have a meal. I did "work from home" there for a while, and it went well. The bowl was close to $20 when its all said and done.. kinda expensive but super delicious. Id definitely eat here again.

I don’t give out five star reviews often but every time I eat here it’s spot on. The ramen is amazing and the chicken karrage is so good as well as gluten free ! They have rice noodle option as well for gluten free. Situated in the Joinery. Staff friendly, very busy inside but lots of seating. Gluten free options galore too.
