Gluten free pizza was amazing! I really appreciate that this option is available and that the flavor and texture was outstanding. You need to call in to get it because it is not readily available in the online ordering system. For someone who has needed this option for a while, I am fine with that. They told me it would take about 25 minutes and it took about 25 minutes (we picked up). My husband and son got traditional pizza and thought it was great. There's lots of good pizza in Saco and Biddeford but extremely few have gluten free (2 that I am aware of), so I am thrilled that we now have a go to for family pizza night!
