Excellent breads, kind staff, excellent bread, small local business, but most of all, excellent bread.
If you're not gluten sensitive, just ignore any mention of it. People think anything that mentions gluten or wheat sensitivity is going to be a compromise at best, or taste like cardboard at worst. Superior flour, a natural proofing process, and artisan baking craftsmanship yields a completely different experience than mass produced bread. The fact that some people who struggle with factory breads do better with this is just a bonus.
