We stopped by Corvallis while relocating from the SF Bay Area to Seattle area and had an amazing dinner here. It was a 5 star experience and we will definitely stop by again if we are ever in the area in the future!
I am allergic to soy, dairy, and gluten, and Sada Sushi was very accommodating. The gluten free tempura shrimp was so good we forgot to take a picture before eating it all! Note that it is fried in the same fryer as regular gluten stuff so if you are celiac or more allergic than I am, then it might not be the best option. The sashimi platter and nigiri were very fresh and delicious. No allergic reaction of any kind was noted from my end.
A week later, we had realized that we forgot to take the itemized receipt for expensing the meal and the manager Kimberly was very helpful in promptly sending us a copy via email. Thanks again!
