This place has amazing gluten free options in fried Japanese choices! The sauces were incredible and the food was so tasty and great! We definitely will be back! The service was impressive and the atmosphere was on point! I recommend this place 100%!

We stopped by Corvallis while relocating from the SF Bay Area to Seattle area and had an amazing dinner here. It was a 5 star experience and we will definitely stop by again if we are ever in the area in the future! I am allergic to soy, dairy, and gluten, and Sada Sushi was very accommodating. The gluten free tempura shrimp was so good we forgot to take a picture before eating it all! Note that it is fried in the same fryer as regular gluten stuff so if you are celiac or more allergic than I am, then it might not be the best option. The sashimi platter and nigiri were very fresh and delicious. No allergic reaction of any kind was noted from my end. A week later, we had realized that we forgot to take the itemized receipt for expensing the meal and the manager Kimberly was very helpful in promptly sending us a copy via email. Thanks again!
