Really dug this place! It it located ironicly at the site of Okemos' premier gluten-free dining spot. Saddleback is a definite upgrade. The beer can chicken was a rockstar and made with stellar Vernor's glaze. Corncake had a great flavor of jalapeno without the burn. Sauces focus on mustard and a sweet / spicy. Hell, even had the mashed sweet potatoes as a side whi h were surprisingly awesome. Of note, not cheap and because they smoke everything overnight they can run out of stuff. Check this joint out.
