Really dug this place! It it located ironicly at the site of Okemos' premier gluten-free dining spot. Saddleback is a definite upgrade. The beer can chicken was a rockstar and made with stellar Vernor's glaze. Corncake had a great flavor of jalapeno without the burn. Sauces focus on mustard and a sweet / spicy. Hell, even had the mashed sweet potatoes as a side whi h were surprisingly awesome. Of note, not cheap and because they smoke everything overnight they can run out of stuff. Check this joint out.

Best brisket I've ever had hands down! Although not called out on the menu, several of the items are gluten free as well, including all of the BBQ sauces.
