Wide variety of just about everything. Decent organic selection for the most part, but limited. They have Gluten free bread, pizza, waffles, and muffins in the frozen food section. Frequent sales on Udi's gfree pizza makes it way more affordable. Amy's is generally $15 and at most it lasts me supper and breakfast.
