Chef Singh thoughtfully creates inventive dishes, and also delivers the classics with such an attention to detail that the quality is unmatched! The service is excellent, as the front of house professionals treat each guest with great consideration. As a gluten-free diner, I enjoy many delicious options and can always find variety to satisfy any mood. I frequently choose from their plentiful vegetarian or pescatarian dishes, and each is delicious. I commonly order considerably more than I would eat at one meal, and enjoy leftovers for days afterwards. While we frequently dine at the restaurant, we have enjoyed takeaway meals several times and the quality is impeccable. This food travels and reheats very well.
