Details: wife is gluten free due to gluten allergy, I am not. Sister in law birthday lunch, party of 8, reservation for hibachi.
Food was amazing, probably some of the best hibachi in a very long time, and I have frequented quite a few in my day. They even shut the lights out in the restaurant and had disco lights while happy birthday played, nice touch.
For gluten free hibachi: they said everything on the hibachi menu is available as gluten free it is just cooked out back in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Wife's plate came out looking like ours did at the grill and she said it was amazing. The rice just about made her cry, she had missed fried rice for a long time.
Staff was great, accommodating and attentive.
Please, gluten free or not, go eat here. It was great. We can't wait to go back again.
