Saigon Alley Kitchen + Bar

I really enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere and service. Their pho broth was very good, far exceeded my expectations. I also loved their cocktail program. I was a little disappointed in the lack of gluten free options especially for a Vietnamese fusion restaurant. They use soy sauce in a lot of their marinades. It would be an easy substitution to use gf tamari, that wouldn't change the flavor but would make more dishes accessible for gf folks. Other than that, I was very happy with my meal and also my server was very patient and knowledgeable about gluten and helped me find something I could enjoy.
