Best pho in the state. Great people and amazing service. Always attentive to my gluten sensitivity/intolerance. Great coffee that'll pick you right up.

Basically gluten-free paradise. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free (and is delicious).

Unsafe for those with food sensitivities/allergies. I am gluten free and while the menu was clearly labeled it was not accurate. I tried to order the crispy shrimp sweet potato which was explicitly marked as gluten free on the menu, however was informed that the dish did contain gluten. When I told them this was dangerous and suggested they correct this error they had me speak to several employees who all pushed back and finally told me “no menu change”. Very disappointing as Vietnamese cuisine is typically reliably gluten free, however I would not feel safe eating here again.
