I won’t claim to be connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine but I work nearby and I think the pho here is 10/10. I’m celiac and I’ve noticed when there are crispy onions in the pho I have a reaction so I’m guessing they may not be gluten free crispy onions so if you’re a celiac you may want to hold the crispy onions. But I cannot stress enough that otherwise the pho is incredible.

Everything here is delicious and the staff is incredibly kind. Being gluten free can make it challenging when eating out, but Cassie at Saigon Drip was super kind in helping me find items in the menu that I could eat and even checked with the chef to make sure. I had the Bun Bo Hue and it was incredible! I’m so happy to have this spot in the neighborhood!
