Saigon Nights

I’ve had pho in Vietnamese restaurants all over America and this is the best pho I’ve ever had. They cook tons of beef and over 100 lbs of beef bones in broth for over 24 hours and the result is rich and delicious. They don’t use any MSG or gluten in it either: it’s all natural and very high quality. The owner is one of the most fun and sweet people you’ll ever meet. You can often find her chatting and laughing with guests. Super nice lady. I’m so glad to have this place in Erie!

Excellent food! Attentive staff. Lovely atmosphere. Vietnamese coffee, gluten free and vegan options available too. I had the shrimp spring rolls and this lovely rice noodleplate, whose name I cannot spell. Others in my party enjoyed the fried rice with beef. Be sure to designate your desired spice level.
