Great gluten-free Pho! We take our kids here for Pho at least once a month as one of my boys has a gluten allergy and also one of the few restaurants that he doesn’t get any allergy symptoms from after eating Pho here. Some Vietnamese restaurants use fish sauce that contain wheat in their Pho broth but this one doesn’t. We always ask if there is wheat in the fish sauce when going to a Vietnamese restaurant as certain brands that they use have wheat in it.
