Saigon Sisters provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was not only fast and hospitable but also accommodating for vegans and gluten free folks. (I had the spring rolls and the BBQ eggplant and mango sticky rice.) The food tasted tastefully complex yet expertly balanced, making our dinner a deliciously exciting meal to share. For example, we had an unforgettable mango sticky rice, and it has just the right amount of salty-savory and sour to contrast with the traditional sweetness of the classic dessert. Vibes were perfection too since we can have a comfortable conversation even though the restaurant was buzzing with other guests. Overall, this is now one of my top-tier restaurant recommendations in Chicago.
