I was here on Friday and ordered an Iced chocolate. As a Ceoliac, I have to ask to make sure that any syrups and the Ice cream is gluten free. Meaning I had to enquire about the ingredients in the iced chocolate specifically. Despite this, I was charged 50c more than what was advertised on the menu (menu says $6.50 - i was charged $7.00). Now, this I can understand as a mistake and wasn't too significant. But then I was proceeded to be served an Iced coffee instead of an iced chocolate. I wouldn't usually be annoyed by this, as once again this could be a simple mistake, but combined with being unnecessarily overcharged and being given the wrong drink even after saying the words 'iced chocolate' multiple times and actually enquiring about the ingredients in the iced chocolate specifically, i just am disappointed. This is not to say that this is a common experience, as I believe this is a truly nice restaurant, but just want to mind people of being very very very clear about what they are ordering and ensuring the waiters understand what you want, and be wary of boing overcharged.
