Saint Sushi and sake

Just had a great lunch here. Chef is very knowledgeable about celiac disease and what does and does not have gluten in it for those worried about allergies. Their sushi rolls are great and they have gluten free soy sauce! There is also an extensive more American menu for those that need to please multiple palates. Recommend you check them out if in downtown leavenworth.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. I just recently found out I have celiac disease and can't consume gluten. Even a single crumb can make me deathly ill. I didn't tell him my condition but asked if certain things were gluten free. I ordered other things thinking I was knowledgeable enough to order it and would be fine. Come to find out most of what I ordered had gluten in it. The gentleman who took my order brought my food out and made sure every dish I had was gluten free and took out ingredients that would hurt me. I'm so happy we found this place. The sushi is to die for and they have a lifetime customer here. Thank you so much for educating yourself on food intolerances and taking care of me. I really hate going out to eat because 99 percent of the time I get cross contaminated but not with this place. They truly had my back. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
