Hello to all my Celiac friends and gluten free, This is a message from the owner Saj fresh grill, it's women owned Palestinian to be specific. I asked her about the gluten-free items they have and this is what she said. ( Everything on the menu is gluten free but the bread, tabouli, gyros, and baklava. If you are allegeric to soy you can’t have the sesame dressing but the tahini you can. Our sharwama is made in house with our own marinade and it is gluten free. Please ask the workers to change their gloves and said the owner instructed you to do that. Also we have a gluten free chocolate Bundt cake that is amazing! ) So if you go please enjoy. I will update my review once I try it :)

Not sure what happened to the falafel, but there were long stringy fibrous pieces! Either uncut parsley stems or like the stringy part of celery. Has always had delicious gluten free falafel but this was the WORST. More of a terrible vegetable ball. Shane on you Saj
