We stopped by for lunch while traveling along 40. This place kind of fits the definition of a "hole in the wall" but don't let looks deceive you. The food was amazing, as was the staff! I had shrimp pho, my wife had chicken fried rice. Both dishes were delicious. The broth for the pho was very tasty in particular. I also had a taro milk tea for dessert and it was beautifully prepared. Not the cheapest food, but huge servings and would highly recommend. The owner chatted with me, and a point he stressed is that their food has no MSG- I don't have a problem with MSG, but if that is a dietary restriction for you it seems there would be plenty of options for you here, as well as lots of gluten free fare.
