Very fresh and delish! They have a soy paper that is gluten free. $1 upcharge. Everything is delicious and fresh here. I have been eating here for many years, since they opened! I just recently found out I have celiac! I have tried many options and have never been disappointed! I am pretty picky too! They are my favorite sushi in the city! Well anywhere actually!
