The tonkotsu red ramen was delicious and the woodear mushrooms gave it a great overall texture. Other reviews said the 8 was super spicy, so I played it safe and asked for a 3. Go for the more obvious 5 if you want medium spice haha. My partner got the gluten free ramen. It was a bit of a bummer to not have gluten free meat options, but was otherwise really good!
