Sal's Pizza Bar

I wanted to try a cauliflower pizza but wasn't sure about it here because not everyone knows how to make them. I’ve tried their regular pizza and lasagna, and they’re delicious, but I can hardly consume gluten. Today, I gave the cauliflower pizza a shot, and it's the best cauliflower pizza I've ever had! The key to a good pizza is the sauce and cheese, and when it's cauliflower-based, it has to be well-toasted so it doesn't get soggy. Honestly, this one was incredible! The sauce is simply homemade; it feels so natural, and the cheese is amazing! I highly recommend it.

We ordered pizza for a large group and Sal's did not disappoint!! The pizza was reminiscent of what you would find in NYC and even the gluten- free pizza was delicious! Service was top notch (and fun) and the atmosphere was lively. We are a volleyball team from Central Ohio that will be back in Orlando next year. We'll definitely be stopping by Sal's again!
