Medi, the owner of Sal’s, was kind enough to talk to my husband and I about himself as we dined in the store. He told us about why he created. Gluten free crust in house and how it is completely safe for Celiac. It is done in a separate space then frozen and even prepared for celiac safety. The menu even has multiple vegan options for those who need it. Such a kind man with great food. Thanks Medi
