I recently was forced to go gluten free amongst other restrictions which made eating out hard. I frequent Salad Spot at least 3 times a week since they’ve opened. It is my absolute favorite restaurant in the valley!
The proportions are perfect, cost is fair, ingredients always fresh, etc.
My favorite salad is the lemon chicken and the holiday pom apple crunch 🤤.
