A warm and welcoming atmosphere with outstanding food. Had zero problems altering the menu for a gluten free, a vegan, and a toddler.

Saladentro is a hidden gem and welcome respite from Málaga's tourist dining scene. The restaurant is minimalist yet comfortable, complex yet accessible and truly like dining with a friend.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal prepared and served with care and attention to detail. Manuel specializes in complex and deeply flavorful sauces and brings a playful approach to his prix fixe format. At the start of our dinner, he thoughtfully confirmed dietary requirements and taste preferences and happily worked with our split party of one gluten-free vegan and one vegetarian. From there, he suggested local wines and rating notes for each course.
