Lovely restaurant that is a build-as-you-go style when choosing your meal. They have tons of great options, label allergens decently well (I love being able to not have to ask a million questions about what has gluten in it) and are very quick although patient since it was my first visit. We we're there during the busy lunch hour, but we didn't have to wait long for a table to become available that someone wiped down for us. I would love to go again!
