Delicious. Healthy. Welcoming. Environmentally friendly. Simply awesome. They had a large selection of fresh vegetables and nuts to add to each salad, with only a few items needing extra money, like avocado (since it goes bad quickly). You can also get wraps and soups, they're really great with dietary restrictions like gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian. They have reusable silverware (though you can ask for one-use if you want...) which is really great for the environment - less plastic waste! Overall it's such a great place, awesome for healthy meals at any time of the day (the large salads are actually enough to fill you up for dinner)! Absolutely recommend. 10/10

Build your own salad restaurant. Gluten-free items are clearly labeled. Can get quite busy at peak times although I've never had to wait for a table. They sell Sanpellegrino soda cans, which you don't see very often.
