Salathai Greeley

We really enjoy having Sala Thai in Greeley, after going to their places in Windsor and Loveland (Bangkok89) for years. We usually do takeout. We like that the dish's ingredients, flavors, and heat level are consistent from visit to visit. I was told once that the heat levels used here are Mild, Medium, Hot, and Thai Hot. My wife is a Celiac and always identifies herself as such. She has never had a gluten-hit from the food she has ordered. Delicious food!

First off let's start By saying the food here is amazing and always fresh whether you eat at the Windsor location or the Greeley location.. but this is where I have a problem. Their menu States gluten free and unfortunately my mom has it's gotten sick twice now while eating here. Unfortunately, we called today to ask them and the Greeley location only has one fryer, which means their gluten-free options that are fried are cross-contaminated. You cannot call an item gluten free if you're cross-contaminating it in the same pots, pans or fryer. Gluten-free is not just a trend, but there are also people that are severely or allergic to it. Thankfully, my mother's reaction this time wasn't severe. I personally will continue to eat here, but I believe my mother has changed her mind and will no longer be visiting Sala Thai..
