We ate on Saturday evening in this pizzeria...chosen because I have celiac disease, the place is modern, the friendly staff is knowledgeable, we ordered fried food, all gluten-free, I must say that it's been a long time since I ate so good, everything was delicious, supplì , croquettes, mozzarella in carrozza, battered vegetables, etc.. all filled with stringy mozzarella. For me there was the pinsa, I must say that the raw materials used for the seasoning were fresh and good, they also have gluten free beer.
