Salento is one of the best restaurants that could have opened in WH. We love their food specifically the bandeja paisa. They have a unique way of making the chicharron and morcilla which makes it authentic and unique! Regarding the pastries, everything is fresh and many items on the menu are gluten-free! The price would never be an issue for me because it’s well worth it.
