Salisbury Pizza

I've loved going to Salisbury Pizza since they opened, but recently I went gluten-free for gut-health. I thought that meant no more Salisbury Pizza, but I was wrong! Last night I had the craving for a mushroom pizza, so I thought I would just suffer the consequences after eating the gluten, but to my surprise, there was a GLUTEN FREE OPTION on the Salisbury Pizza menu! <3 It was cheesey, delicious, and reminded me I can stick to my new gluten-free diet without feeling guilty! A few things to note: - There was only a "small" size option, so I assume they premake the gluten free crust and freeze it, or buy it frozen (which I'm totally fine with). I am only mentioning this because you may have to buy two or more, if you're feeding 1+ gluten free people. - The crust is definitely comparable to thin-crust, but besides that, the pizza sauce/cheese is the exact same as their normal pizzas. I don't mind thin-crust anyways, so it didn't bother me, but something to know ahead of time if that's not your style. Thank you for the gluten-free option, Salisbury Pizza!
