Salisbury tavern

I recently got diagnosed with coeliac disease and was extremely nervous coming here due to the menu stating “low gluten” instead of “gluten free” after speaking to the incredible Tess, she explained why this is and walked me through what food on the menu they can make and how they can prepare the food to accommodate my allergy. Tess handed me the food and again went through the process of how the kitchen prepared what I ate which is incredible service. As someone who is extremely nervous about eating out, I will be eating here again as they made me feel completely safe + the food was delicious! I cannot express my gratitude. Thankyou so much.
