Over 3 days in St Louis, I ate at: * Salt + Smoke (Delmar Blvd) * Pappy’s Smokehouse * Sugarfire Smokehouse S+S had the best brisket of the 3. I liked the deviled eggs. They knew what items were gluten free gf. Ribs were good. Liked the sauce.

Amazing food. And above and beyond service. I have Celiac disease and ordered a side that wasn't gluten free through a delivery service. Jake called me immediately to inform me of my error and made sure my order left with all gluten free items! This was one of the best experiences I have had since being diagnosed. I cant speak highly enough of the Staff here.

Salt n Smoke is the best! The food is amazing. I love the pulled pork, brisket, white cheddar mac, and pit beans. The staff is always so nice- Aniela is fantastic! She was my bartender. I loved the Eldest Uncle cocktail! They also have gluten free options safe for celiac. And the sauce is delicious! Hot Tangy is my favorite. Definitely recommend this place.
