This was a fun place! The service was great! We went late over spring break, so they were out of brisket, which we were a little bummed about, but being we were there late, we understood. They were very good about allergies and gluten-free and had a super easy list to follow for what allergens might be in each food.
The food was, unfortunately, the bummer. Our favorite things were beef fat fries and cracker mac and cheese. The ribs had a dry rub, and those were also good
The deviled eggs were just ok, not anything stellar.
Everyone tried the pulled pork and said it had good smoke but was very salty and almost oily, which is hard to explain because pork should be fatty, but this seemed almost greasy.
The hushpuppies were too dense and had very little flavor.
Overall, we tried it and enjoyed the meal but won't be back.
