Salt & Stone

The menu was fairly large. It catered to everyone with vegan, non GMO, and gluten free choices. The service was more than adequate and the prices were fair.

We live in Rincon Valley, and Salt and Stone is one of our go-to restaurants (when we can ditch the kids and enjoy each other's company). We almost always sit in the bar/lounge area, which is cozy, comfortable, and usually quite lively. The service and atmosphere are always great. Never a problem...I recommend a reservation, when possible. Outdoors when it's nice with great views and near the bar when it's cold or wet. The food and drinks are fantastic. It's salt and stone, so the seafood and steak are fantastic (duh). The ribeye, for example, is phenomenal; although, I wish they ventured into dry age. Always good seafood options... They offer a good variety of small plates and specials, too (sometimes we just do 3-4 appetizers). Mussels/clams, snapper tacos, and octopus are all standout. Much more, as well. Deserts are, well, also great. I wish they had a better spirit list (missing some top shelf choices, imo), but the cocktails are all quite good and they have a large variety of classic and modern martinis with twists. Plus a decent wine list...Certainly something for everyone. Virgin cocktails, too! Finally, my wife if gluten free and they are always able to accommodate. We highly recommend for date night, drinks, or dinner get togethers. It's always wonderful
