Came in and asked for gluten free options. Server said only the vegan options were gluten free and nothing else. She said even the cookie one was gluten free which it wasn’t. There are many gluten free options besides the vegan one and she didn’t know what she was doing.

I would give them 5 stars for customer service. But 3 stars for ice cream. It’s cool that they had a lot of gluten free and vegan options. The flavors are pretty complex, so no plain vanilla or chocolate here. I got the dandelion chocolate hazelnut cookies and cream. The ice cream is just ok. It is very crowded and not really worth the wait. The ice cream is priced closely to the old hagen daz but has very little creamy texture and too airy. And they limit your order to only 2 flavors.
