My wife, daughter, and I had dinner at salt and lime this evening and had a great experience. Both my wife and daughter have a very aggressive allergy to both gluten and dairy and it is challenging to find restaurants that can accommodate such specific allergies. Staff went out of their way to make sure that we were aware of all of the ingredients in the foods that they were serving and both my wife and daughter had a wonderful experience. We will continue to come back to places like this because of people that work in establishments like this. Thank you to such a wonderful staff.

Lots of Gluten-free options. The shrimp and orange chicken (batter) was a tad overcooked but the insides were good. Relaxing atmosphere and Skylar was an attentive server.
