Salt Cafe Urangan

A truly wonderful breakfast experience! My fiance and I enjoyed breakfast at Salt Cafe both Saturday and Sunday mornings with a recent visit to Hervey Bay. The cafe is handily located ajoining The Oaks Resort where we were staying and on the Esplanade of Hervey Bay giving a wonderful morning scenery. Service from the staff was friendly and welcoming with that 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Our breakfasts and coffees were delicious with a good range of foods including gluten free options. Thank you so much to Deb, Karen and the entire crew for making our mornings!

Not happy, food was disgusting, although we children's meals were not charged after complaint, they should not have been served with over cooked ineatable food was not right, gluten free food was supplied to one adult was nice to eat, but obviously not prepared on separate area. Today we are all crook from eating here. Will not be back, some education on preparation needs to be introduced. I will say, the staff on the floor were exceptoinal.
